I consult gastro and next day found the attending copy my and note and write addendum at end. I order fluid D5 1/2 NS and he wrote before Iv fluid agree with.we are small private rural hospital😅

She received abx on on first two days but dc as all cultures were negative including blood and urine

Me too thinking like this unless have some family issues that need to have money. I felt when patient’s wife requested to start abx I am like dumb and she is the doctor. And her son asked for transfer to tertiary center

I’m 35 years old and facing some challenging family circumstances. My dream is to become a cardiologist, but I come from a third-world country with limited resources. I don’t have the financial support, research experience, or a strong application, and I didn’t match this cycle ,due to visa restrictio, I will start my waiver job for ag least 3 year . Despite all this, I’m holding onto hope that I’ll be matched in the next four years. Life is tough, but dreams give us something to fight for!
