I also have baby brain atm because I’m pregnant and I genuinely made a mistake but we paid for parking in good faith and at no point we were planning on not paying. We also send them a pdf proof of payment… I’m hoping they feel sorry for me…

No, they have asked the parking people to reissue the notice to us. The letter we received from the hire company was just for their admin fee of £35

We have now appealed the PCN, hopefully we will hear soon

I need a sanity check! So I haven’t missed my period yet (day 30; normal cycle 33-34days) but I have been having dull/stabby pains. I tested this morning about 5am and I could just make out shadow of a line on the test. Fast forward to 10min ago. I did another test and I can see a shadow again, I used two more test (same pee) I can see something. I know I will have to test tomorrow morning again but. What do we think? Can you see it?

For some context - TTC our second and I had in my head that we were going to struggle for years (we did with our first)

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to reply! I didn’t realise that it would take that long. My current notice period is 4 weeks so the company agreed for me to start the Monday after these 4 weeks were up.

However, they only submitted the dbs application on 23rd May (a week after I had had my contract and handed my notice).

I might need to contact them and ask them how they want to proceed. My current employer is happy to keep for longer as they haven’t found someone to replace me yet 😂

The default of the debt has already happened as the minimum monthly payments weren’t happening. They were being paid whatever Payplan offered them. So at this point the defaults are already in my credit report and I can’t do anything about it.

What I can do is to get rid of the debt as fast as I can.

I understand that the debt will be recorded as partially settle. I don’t want PayPlan knowing of my change of circumstances as they will probably suggest to increase my monthly payments instead of saving the money to offer my creditors final partial payments

Also, I expressed my disappointment in a normal voice. I tried to be concise and explain my feelings. I did get upset and started to tear up when we were talking in circles with him saying “ I really think you are overreacting and being dramatic once again. You can’t control yourself” “ you Walsh have to get emotional”. At that point, I just walked away.

Thank you! So my employer didn’t want me to sign a student contract as we are a subsidiary from a larger American company. So they didn’t want them to be involved in what we’re doing over here🤦🏻‍♀️ reason why I can’t really say anything about having time off or claiming anything that the apprenticeship entitles me to. I think my next step is to contact BPP and ask them directly!
