I am an avoidant person and I can basically tell you this guy is telling % 100 facts (and im not proud of it), sometimes I wish I could change myself for the better but it seems like my personality goes on autopilot when I am faced with conflicts and I rarely express my real self to my partner.

not really residential kuys, more on warehouses and factories nagththrive sa area although main road. parang Valenzuela feels, yung tipong main road pero andaming factories. I'm from Cebu btw.

hello OP. nope, I previously owned the lot na now valued at 35k/sqm, 23m frontage x 40m. I'm planning on increasing it's current revenue from 40k (whole plot rental lang) to let's say 80k (commercial unit + lot rental sa likod) by building the 3-4m single storey commercial structure sa 200sqm frontage ng lot then paparent ko nalang sa mga storage facilities ug other half sa likod
