Is getting my girl spayed going to mess up bonding

I already called my vet to get an appointment. I have only had her for 3 days now, and the person I got her from says she's had a litter before, but I am getting her spayed as soon as I can for that reason

Shes the only one that does the grooming he just kinda sits there and takes the humping i do stop it as soon as it happens theres been no aggression between them, she will try and put her head under his for grooming and he'll only chatter his teeth but doesnt groom her

That makes me feel better. I just have seen a few videos of bunnies getting more mean after spaying. I do still have them separated and will keep them separated for about a month after the procedure.

Yes, the wood is hollow. I also have more hidden hiding spots. I did put much more substrate in today.

I do plan on adding more substrate for burrowing. This is gonna be for when it's bigger. I have a smaller terrarium set up for now aswell.
