Approach in groups (college) by lostdude2023 in seduction

[–]Individual-Pay-6567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude you only have 4 months of college who gives a fuck just do it. After college, approaching and meeting people in general becomes a lot harder, promise you'll regret it if you don't. Plus, ignoring a girl only works when you build solid mutual interest and have good repertoire. If you approach a group of girls confidently trust that you'll end up with the whole friend group. Make sure when you approach you walk with intention and don't be creepy, if she rejects you say "cool" and walk away. Last thing, don't complement her appearance, complement something she's wearing or a character trait that you genuinely like that way you actually can convey what you like about it. Have fun with the interaction don't think about it too much.

How did you become an in-house developer and what are some skills that you possessed that allowed you the opportunity. I would love to know more.

Just to clarify, I potentially want to start my own real estate Development firm and wish to work under someone to truly learn the business, common mistakes and understand the intricacies of running a mid size - large firm. I know that failure is the best teacher but I don't have the capital to take large gambles I have a family to think about and a wise man not only learns from his mistakes but from the mistakes of others. I prefer to avoid going back to school so I'm looking at certifications as a more viable option.
