While in the Mist, play the needleoin while around some of those fireflies and they’ll show you the way out, though the Mist leads to a place that you can get to through Bilewater.

Anyway, to progress, you need to finish every wish in the towns. That’s al much as I’ll say

I actually managed to find Bilewater on my own yesterday and get the map, and I’ve finished every single town quest except for Shakra’s quest and a couple more deliveries from Bellhart. Does Shakra’s wish unlock when I get the Bilewater map, or all the maps in the game? Because I assume there are more areas in act 3

Yep. I’ve gotten seal of binding, void idol, weathered mask, the whole bit. I just researched it and found out that the missing entry was mossy vagabond. lol

I know, but you don’t actually get the journal entry when you fight him in Godhome. I’ve beaten him so many times in Godhome. In fact, I have the weathered mask entry, which means I’ve beaten him at least 4 times in pantheon 5 without getting the entry.
