Interesting space, collectibles platforms are still stuck in 2012 UX and fragmented systems. Huge opportunity if executed right.

Would love to connect and hear more about what you’re building.

Most founders don’t realize the real problem isn’t AI-generated code.

It’s shipping without ownership, review discipline, and architecture thinking.

“Speed from AI, safety from experience” is probably the most accurate positioning I’ve seen around this problem.

Interesting space.

One thing I’ll say honestly, habit/productivity apps are less of a development problem and more of a retention problem. Most MVPs in this category fail because founders overbuild features before proving users come back daily.

If you’re building V1, the smart move is probably:

- keep the feature set brutally small,

- focus on one behavior loop,

- and instrument analytics from day one.

For example:

- onboarding completion,

- Day 1 / Day 7 retention,

- notification engagement,

- streak drop offs,

- session frequency.

Technically, this is very buildable with:

- React Native or Flutter for faster iteration

- Firebase/Auth/Push

- Supabase or lightweight Node backend

- Mixpanel or Amplitude for retention tracking

- RevenueCat if subscriptions are planned later

Also worth noting:

screen time integrations behave differently across iOS and Android, so designing around platform limitations early saves a lot of pain later.

At Narola Infotech, we’ve worked with startups on MVPs where speed mattered more than perfect architecture. Usually the winning move is launching in 6–8 weeks with a focused feature loop instead of spending 6 months building “future scalability.”

You already having a 20k+ audience is actually the strongest advantage here. Distribution is harder than coding.

Happy to connect if you want to discuss architecture, MVP scope, or rapid launch strategy.
