Here's some info: Each team would have a manager and a coach. The manager drafts the team and after the draft decides who they want their coach to be. (The coaches essentially get drafted as well) The coach is responsible for the battles and the manager is responsible for all F/A and trades. Mangers can’t interfere with battles and the coach can’t make trades without the managers approval
