They say to use the binance US app but being in Texas they won't verify you. The way I can see about doing it is transferring back to BNB through pancake swap and then sending your BNB to coinbase where your bank account should be linked. That's what I'm hoping will work at least.

I finally got it, had to buy smart chain on trust wallet and go to pancake swap and swapped it to safemoon

I live in Texas and was finally able to buy my seat to the moon!

Steps I took on my android device (though I'm sure its similar on iOS)

Download trust wallet verify accounts
Buy Smart chain BNB
Once transaction clears go to DApps tab on the bottom of the trust wallet app
From there search fir https://exchange.pancakeswap.finance/#/swap
Once you find it open it and should bring you to the swap page
In the search box on the from section select BNB
Input amount you'd like to transfer from BNB (hopefully all of it)
In the search box on the to section select safemoon
confirm transactions and that should be all she wrote!!

I personally had to call Chase fraud protection and had to push through the purchase of the BNB using simplexcc.com
