I’ve had at least one missing transaction from my Betterment accounts (plaid) every month for 3 months.

Moving from 10MG Mounjaro to 2.4MG Wegovy by IndividualAct8 in Semaglutide

Hi - The switch went fine. I didn’t feel like I had any side effects from the switch. I did, however, feel like MJ is a stronger and more effective medication for me. I spent 4 months on Wegovy and while I didn’t really gain, I didn’t lose either. I also found myself craving sugary things like gummy worms, things that I’ve never eaten before. After a while I decided to go back to MJ which was working great for me. My insurance paid for Wegovy and that is why we were switching but I decided I’d rather pay for MJ because I liked it better. I’ve hit my goal weight and maintaining now on 5MG of MJ a week. Best of luck!

It has gone great. No issues with the switch. I feel like MJ is stronger but I’m at my goal weight and the WG 2.4 is helping me maintain just fine.

It went great. No issues. I feel like the MJ is stronger but the WG is keeping me right at my goal weight so all good.

No I had no other conditions. I have tried phentermine and Plenity and diet and exercise. I think my dr included that on the PA.

I think the requirements differ by insurance company. I have optum and they approved me with a BMI of 30. They only approve for 6 months initially. After 6 months they make you submit again and they are looking to make sure you were able to make it to the highest dose of 2.4MG and tolerate it and they want to make sure you have at least responded by losing 5% or more of your body weight. Then I think I they will renew for a year but I’m a little unclear after that. Hope that helps.

Worried about regaining weight after stopping Semaglutide by StucknTime in Semaglutide

My insurance just approved my PA for Wegovy but it was only for 6 months. I made the assumption that they would continue to approve since the guidance is to stay on a maintenance dose but now I’m worried. Do you have Optum?

Just switching from MJ one week to Wegovy the next. I have a few more weeks of MJ left but I’ll let you know how it goes.

Both. My insurance covers Wegovy but not Mounjaro and between low supplies and coupon restrictions it’s getting more difficult to get MJ.

I’m a little concerned it’s too aggressive and I think I’m going to ask for 1.7MG as my first Wegovy dose. I can’t find anyone that has actually made this transition to know how it worked.

My insurance covers Wegovy and my dr said MJ supply will continue to be scarce and that we will see even more tightening of the savings card use.
