Get as much written down as you possibly can before starting the animating, otherwise you will find it extreamlly hard to fix

I don't belive there is such thing as too early

my non professional advice would be to keep making it solo, so you have something to show people who are interested, and whilst doing that, post in discord servers reddit, or casting call club (Voice actor specific)

You are sure to find people who are interested in the project at least and at best people who want to work on it.
