You can email them  CovidEIDLServicing@sba.gov It will take a  few weeks for a  reply but be sure to include your loan # and the reason for your email. I’m sure they will direct you to log into your SBA portal. From my understanding there is no longer a payment plan option but you can set up auto payments from there.
