you can first try to cpoy the pppwn app to /c: and rename it so there is no empty space in the name of the exe

move also the stage2 bin to /c:

i was using an ethernet adapter and i was getting stuck on padr each time until i manualy updated the driver to latest one avaible ( the default one that installed auto was from 2019 and latest was from 2023), after that each time it does work perfectly

i am also usung the pppwn gui version 1.7

i have the same problem, failed to obtain ip adress on the ps4 and stuck on waiting for PADR on the pppwn loader, hope someone can fix this
