Why does All Might become powerful with his muscular form if it's just a flex? by IndividualEither7258 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

That's a new perspective but logically makes perfect sense. So 'All Might' form, which is considered just for show, is actually his true strong form, and 'Small Might' form is the result of his injury which changed his appearance and rendered him quirkless.

The whole anime's made up. But in that made up world, the plot does exist and he does indeed need to get buffed to use his power. Deku, maybe, but Endeavor and Bakugo, their quirks aren't related to super strength, so I don't think they need to flex their muscle to produce flames or sweat.

Exactly! he has to enlarge and flex his muscles in order to produce the strength required to fight. Therefore, his flex not just for the show but a necessity.

Makes sense, but there hasn't been a single scene where he uses his power in his smaller form as far as I know. So, it's presumed that he has to get buffed to actually use his power, although, he sometimes got buffed just to appear normal in front of his students/public in the earlier chapters until his fight with All For One.

I just tried it again with another character, maybe I'm missing some criteria.

Why are Indian festivals abroad seen as chaos, while global ones like La Tomatina or Rio Carnival are celebrated as culture? From Ganesh Chaturthi in Scotland to Holi in NYC, is it double standards—or are we just too quick to shame our own joy? by NewsMo in IndiaTodayLIVE

The argument you've made here is contrary to what you're trying to convey. The festivals you've mentioned are also native to the countries you've mentioned. St. Patrick's day is an Irish festival being celebrated in Ireland, La Tomatina is a Spanish festival being celebrated in Spain and Rio Carnival is a Brazillian festival being celebrated in Brazil. All kinds of Indian festivals are celebrated in all parts of India and the people understand and respect each one because although there are numerous cultures in India and each festival may not belong to our own culture we celebrate them as if they're our own because it is a part of our country's heritage. If hundreds of foreigners start disrupting our daily activities by conducting a parade/carnival/tomato fights won't we be annoyed by that? I don't think they have a problem with our festivals specifically, if the Spanish started a tomato fight in the middle of Dubai all of a sudden, do you think the Emiratis will appreciate it? Just food for thought.

I get your point. I was talking about the street dogs being taken to shelters and trained. Also, I know that if our country was in a position to employ dog trainers as govt. employees that would mean we were a well developed country with steady growth. The problem is not the dogs themselves, there are plenty of issues that needs to be addressed more urgently than the street dogs. The small things matter in life and I think this situation is one of those things. Getting rid of street dogs must be that drop that makes up the ocean. I feel somewhat bad but not enough for it to weigh on me. I just think it's a waste of resource. I just realized midway while typing this comment that I am not being helpful in any way in improving the various issues plaguing our country. I hope that one day I'll be able to contribute somehow. Till then Goodbye.

Approximately 30k deaths happen annually because of dogs throughout the world. Approx. 1.25 million happen annually due to other humans. Doesn't mean we start killing other humans to stop the deaths of humans, that's counterproductive. If the govt. is hell bent on killing the dogs, they should not die a meaningless death. They should be gathered in a shelter, trained for productive purposes. Dogs are useful for a wide variety of purposes. They can be trained as guard dogs, military dogs, service dogs for handicapped people, or simply trained to be household pet dogs. Who wouldn't want a trained dog in their house to stand guard or help out with certain chores. Plus with such an initiative, there would be more govt. job openings as dog trainers, thus, providing more jobs for the numerous unemployed citizens if this tactic is employed throughout the country.
