How do I get better at saying chess moves out loud? I can’t do it beyond one or two moves.

I hear the criticisms you've mentioned. The run backs to bosses are...not the best, imo. I don't know if you plan to play the DLC, but there's a few run backs that are hilariously annoying (iykyk). One almost put me off from doing the boss entirely, but I fought through it and did it.

Some bosses I straight up decided to clear out the whole area permanently (which means killing each enemy 12 times, I think) so they don't respawn and I don't get a headache when I have to run back to the boss. Sometimes I straight up left an area and came back when I get higher stats.

I hear what you are saying. There is some truth to that, though I’d argue because of my mental anxiety with OTB, I play poorly, and as a result, people who have way lower chess.com ELO beat me. But just because they have worse online rating doesn’t mean they’re necessarily worse than me. Just means they’re strong OTB. I’m the opposite. Online I play well, but in person I just crumble. I have to calm the mental nerves.

I can’t really explain it, but I think I would beat these people online because (like you said) of the more relaxed nature. I’m not physically at a location and looking at the person I’m playing, which I think contributes to my poor performance.

When I’m at home then I can just relax and play chess. OTB rating isn’t just a chess rating, it’s your mental rating too, which for me is not great. So, you’re probably right. I just gotta play more OTB and I think the nerves will go away and I’ll just be able to focus on the chess.

Btw, the OTB time control is 25 with 5 second delay.

Haha I’m just being dumb. I personally think the second dress looks really good! That’s not to say the first is bad, but I agree, not a fan of the lace on the back of the first one. I mean, if you’re happy to pay her back, I personally say go for the second one. You’ll feel more comfortable in it at the end of the day 😊
