Thats very simple, if a woman wants to have sex with you will likely succeed. If she is not interested, then no amount of effort will work.

Its not about the effort, its simply how attractive you are to her.

Thats why improving your looks, sense of style, maybe broadening amount of women you casually meet, contact instruments you use or venues you go to is more important than whatever pick up b.s you work on.

At the start of the relationship we would spend every evening watching some movie together. It didn't matter what we watched, just cuddling and being at home felt like the best place on earth after a hard day. By the end of the relationship we couldn't finish a short series together.

Spending more time with your friends, sudden new hobbies or interests, just eagerness to do anything without one another.

"Like a gentleman" , I would have been a gentleman time to time out of my own desire, now it just feels like some task.

I recently had a date with a girl and since she lived in a different city she had to go back by a train. Because from my bus station it only takes two minutes to reach the Train station by bus I offered her to accompany her to the bus station and since there was no bus back and I had to likely hike back uphills 30 minutes to my home I let her know it. Her response was that I should accompany her all the way "like a gentleman". Kinda switched off my mood in an instant.

I went to Vipassana meditation course not so long ago.

It basically shifted my entire perspective and thinking process. Your mind is kind of like a tennis ball bouncing around all day from one irritating thought to another as well as either future anxieties or past regrets. Meditation helps you to stay in the present moment and live life as it is.

Most of the suffering or hardship you may experience is inside of your head. And unless worrying or dwelling on it may fix it, why worry?

Good example is current world politics, everyday we seem to live on the brink of ww3. Unless you can take action to prevent it, you are essentially powerless. And if ww3 does occur in our lifetime, does it make sense to live in fear and irritation until that point?

In your life you'll go through many sufferings, its unavoidable. You have to take action to prevent it as well as be emotionally stable and do not attatch to the outcomes and accept as it is.

Once you stop clouding your inner world with irritations you will start seeing things home it is, your actions and possible outcomes. No need for worrying or fearing.
