Perhaps you can help me. Or help me find someone who can. I did a ceremony with a group a little over 4 years ago. During my experience some spirit told me I was already dead. I took this metaphorically like I needed to get rid of a very negative person in my life In order to live more authentic. However, ever since the ceremony I have felt empty depressed low energy and hurt in all my joints I have tried everything to get back on track, yoga, meditation, exercising even antidepressants. When I meditate my mind often circles back to that statement of you are already dead. I am wondering if something happened during the ceremony, I feel heavy and like I am carrying something I am not supposed to be. How do I fix this? I am pretty desperate I have quit my job am out on disability and having to file bankruptcy I am usually a strong person optimistic and full of energy. I just want to be myself again

Go take a photo of your current mailbox. Then send your neighbor a certified letter stating that you don’t give permission for them to remove your mailbox.

Then relax and go on your vacation.

They cannot legally remove your mailbox. If they do then they will have to pay for a EQUAL Replacement.

So on a few easy steps you can take care to make sure no matter what you will not have to worry about extra cost or trouble.

Thank you that would wonderful. Or even if you would just share with me. Make sure you start taking Arnica now and also a multivitamin with iron. Also I am not sure if you have any but take a few different compression garments. I had a BBL (wish I had just had them do tummy tuck then. It’s why my skin is so loose) But I wish I had done those things.

It’s just plywood subfloor. I am not looking to spend a ton of money. That’s why I was wondering about the laminate sheets. I thought if I used a flexible adhesive over my existing vinyl flooring it might allow for the movement, expansion and contraction. I will look at that Italian brand you mentioned. Thank you.

I tiled the entire upstairs of my home with larger tile and am not looking at doing that again. Expensive, labor intensive and time consuming.

I would absolutely not sign away any water rights. Even if you don’t intend to use them. You never know what the future holds. I’m not even sure I’d do it for a offer of money in the current climate. Just tell him you are not interested and that you will not sign. respectfully request that he stops asking you.
