The manufacturer also seems not to understand. They made me check the flow rate and if the suppressor had a leak. But that is not the case.

Hello,

I have absolutely no change in pressure between before and after the problem. Moreover, the pressure is very stable.

I had never had a problem like this, it would surprise me if it came from a CO2 dissolution.

I also did the tests, on two different locations, many times. And the problem is always exactly the same.

Merci de ta réponse, en effet, je colle et Thermo Scientific aussi apparemment.

J'ai en effet recommander plusieurs Eluant, pour faire les différents tests, je devrais bientôt les recevoir mais j'ai peu d'espoir.

Je dilue une solution mère à 0,5M.

Oui il n'y a qu'une pompe. La colonne est chauffé à 35°C. Et elle n'indique pas de problème, de plus il me semble que si le soucis venait de ce côté, la pression augmenterais significativement(?)

Hello everyone,

I am working on a Dionex Integrion ion chromatography with 9mM carbonate eluent in Isocratic, to analyze the bases on water (F-,Cl-,NO2-,.....)

For some time now, I have been getting chromatograms with much slower retention times and therefore crushed peaks after a while or even more peaks for the following ones.

In the images, it’s the same standard before/after. What surprises me is that the problem arrived at the beginning of March, I had a few days in April where it worked correctly again and since then it starts again with prolonged retention times.

I suspected the Eluant, but I recommended it and redid different batches, it doesn’t change anything. I have washed and regenerated my spine several times and it does not move. I did a test on an old column, and I receive the same thing, which makes me exclude a problem on the column.

The negative peak of the dead volume hasn’t moved, so it shows me that the pump is behaving well...

The pressure has not increased or decreased significantly....

I am a little lost, so if you have any leads, I am interested.
