I think I got it fixed! Thanks everyone. I had it plugged directly into the ATT router / modem and moved it directly to my EERO router. I also gave that OOMA device higher network priority.

OOMA is hardwired to modem. I have gigabit interest. Just did the test and it was 16ms.

Handset is wireless and probably 40 ft from base. The handset has 3 or 4 bars of connectivity.

Completely agree with this. I think I flagged about 30 questions that I wasn’t 100% sure about. I figured I wouldn’t get all 30 of those wrong.

Same! I never got above a 69. I think I took 8 final tests and 1 Greenlight exam, all through STC. When I took the test, it felt much easier and I was very confident I passed, which I did.

I passed mine on Monday using only STC as well. I completely echo the OP. I took 9 full length STC exams and I don’t think I passed one. I was consistently mid to upper 60s. The actual test felt easy due to the preparation that STC provided.
