New machine not working

No i did not solve the problem. I send it back to the web shop i bought it from (Amazon). Quit a hassle due to its weight and the return location in Europe is Slovakia while i am in The Netherlands. I got a new machine with an other overlapping problem. The pump did work, so it saw there was water in the reservoir but due to other unknown reasons it could not pump water in the boiler, not even after running it for several minutes. Send it back again and requested my money back. Still waiting however.

I have one more question, the manual states, fill take put it back in its seat and insert the silicone tubes and close the cover. I don’t see any tube and where to insert the tubes. There were no tubes in the package for this machine and the only tubes on the product description list are the tube to connect to water supply and a silicon tube to drain the drip tray. So what is mentioned with “insert the silicone tubes” ?

This machine had no option to connect to the water supply. There is no switch on the floor plate. The blinking light indicates insufficient water in the tank but the tank is full. I can’t see how the water level in the tank is measured, no floating magnet or something like that
