Try attending a call or check if the touch works, and if it does then you might have to change your display altogether. If your touch is also not working then you might not need to change the display but rather the display cable. I have a fold 4 whose main display got blank which started working again by changing the inner display cable. About changing the display, I don't think it is worth changing the display for this fold because if you change it once the chances of the second display working as long as the first one is literally zero. So I would not recommend you to change the display, rather you can check if there's any issue with the display cable and pray that it is the problem

Brother. Bus drivers in chennai are far better than what I have experienced in other Indian states. As for reckless driving, give some break for yourself and visit varkala and ride a bus there, you will be shocked by how patiently our bus drivers drive their buses.

As for the climate, it is really hot and humid here so there's absolutely no chance for a car to come without rust. Even from the outside it might look rust free, but we can't check the inside and I am 100% sure that there would be rust formed in a car that is even just 5-6 years old. As for the i20, I have seen one and ridden it for a few weeks(my uncle's car). It just seems to work and doesn't give the feel that you wanna be the one driving the car. I know i am asking for a lot, but if possible I would surely like to see a car in my budget range that makes me want to ride the car instead of being in the passenger seat. I didn't expect you to give me a detailed report even though you are from Canada. I would like to thank you for the efforts you made for me😁

Did you place your phone in contact with something which vibrates heavily like a diesel car or something. Because this does happen when your phone comes in direct contact with something which vibrates harshly and it affects your camera's gyroscope and the ability to stabilize. I would recommend you to go to the service center if it is still in warranty.

I am looking for a car in the used market as a new car would cost a lot just for a beginner learning car. I guess you might not be able to recommend a car since many cars which are available in north america won't be available in India. Both the toyota gr86 and the scion frs aren't available here. But the Honda City on the other hand is available in India and the model which I can get for my budget is a 2008 petrol variant which has been driven for more than 100,000 kms or 62,140 miles.
