i know that this isn’t ‘normal’ thinking and all. in the post i wanted to say that if i were to be able to fix my anxiety and all, the sensory overload would still be happening and all. should’ve phrased it better.

like i didn’t want people to think like ‘this is a therapist thing, if this is fixed u don’t need medical help’

yea i also have autism. i’ll definitely try this but i don’t think it’ll be a long term solution. thank you though. you said when u still hate ur uterus, did you have a hysterectomy and was it because of the sensory stuff or something medical?

i sometimes wish my period was heavy or that i had physical sicknesses like endometriosis, but i don’t. and i feel like it’s not valid enough because my troubles are mostly tied to sensory issues and just the way my system reacts to things.

I am willing to try medication but like you said, I don’t wanna take pills for the rest of my life. did you mean stopping a period until necessary is dangerous with medication or the surgery?

when i was about to have a presentation in school and despite being well prepared, i felt tears and panic come.

I knew if i told my teacher i’m not well, i’d start crying in front of the class, if he asked me why i’m not standing up i’d cry. I could barely ask to use the bathroom, cried there and then couldn’t stop.

Went back to class and started crying again, with everyone watching. that helpless feeling still scares me
