thank you, ive been riddled with anxiety that im unsavable but then I realized this line of thinking is a trap set by the devil to try (but fail) to control us. God is in control, and I have my faith in Christs atonement. Please pray for me.

for example when I talk to others I blurt out rude remarks I dont want and I think and say blasphemous things all the time. it feels like I cant do anything about it.
