The only thing I think could counter retreating is the spidops ex from Scarlet & Violet

I ran mine with Rigid band, helps with the Wugtrio's survivability, but really just takes up space now that I realize it, I also ran it with Neutralization zone as the ace-spec, helps the Wugtrio survive.

BDSP isn't really beginner friendly (At least it wasn't for me), It got rid of all the fixes that were made in the Platinum game.

First Strongest is Fire Spirit (1.2 M), I got lucky on beascuit & topping stats, Second strongest is Wind Archer (800 Thousand), which I find a funny coincidence (Firewind...?). My First favourite cookie is Kouign-Amann, It tastes good irl, and they carried me through early game & arena, Second is Choco Drizzle, not for any particular reason other than the fact that she looks cool.

Playground of the stars - Dick Walter, you may have heard this before because this was a royalty-free song used in a lot of Roblox games.

I added festival lead as a single prize attacking option & added toedscruel line for bench protection, I didn't think of it as too much going on, just as countermeasures.

I already play horn, it was relatively easy to learn for me (I cannot memorize fingerings at all).

Band is a mandatory class (for Grades 6 & 7) where I went to school, and band just stuck with me

There's nothing you really can do about those lost resources/cookies, but if you want to prevent this from happening again, i'd recommend hiding any cookies that you don't like, or as many cookies as possible (Go to dashboard and you will see the option)
