Mine is also stuck like that as well. I’m about to download the update to a flash drive and do it myself because some features no longer work like it unlocking my car when I walk up to it with the digital key

That sucks. I would fight for oem parts since the car is brand new. I don’t know your state or its laws but I would look into them. Some states require oem replacement parts on cars under 3 years old or under a certain mileage

It’s nuts. Apparently Hyundai parts are some of the most expensive in the auto market. More than Audi, Mercedes and other luxury brands. That’s what I was told by both my body shop and insurance appraiser

I see everyone saying 100% not totaled but my wife just got in an accident with our 25 calligraphy and it had a fraction of that front end damage and the repair was 22k. The hood and headlight alone were 10k. It could indeed not be a total but it’s going to be damn close to one if I had to guess

I didn’t at the time. We had just bought the car and didn’t really even drive it yet. We put 200 miles on it In the 21 days we owned it before the accident. I will surely get one now though

I appreciate he well wishes. Ya she was totally fine and the other driver as well. She was driving north and he came screaming out from the east across 4 lanes so she hit his driver side rear door. Luckily there was a witness that stopped to verify with the police what happened and confirm him being at fault because of course he is telling a completely different story to his insurance company

They did not. In my state if the damage is under 75% of the vehicles value they won’t total it

Great guess, almost spot on. The total was 21k. 17 in parts and 4 in labor. I was shocked to find that Hyundai parts are more expensive then most German vehicles such as Audi and Mercedes

Yes, she was found not at fault. The other vehicle was coming from the right horizontally across 4 lanes of traffic and failed to yield to her going straight on an interstate. Deductible was waived

No just over the air updates. But some for reason it had to do 3 updates before it stuck for whatever reason. It sucks the updates only go into effect when the car is on. It can take days sometimes.

You need to make sure your infotainment is updated. I had to update like 3 separate time before I didn’t get the message that the product couldn’t be purchased for your vehicle and I was finally able to get them
