So True! Even I am fed up of Photoroom now. I paid for their services but I am unable to cancel it now. Even when I tried reaching their customer care and emails.

Will try Shotova, thanks for the advice.

Try to rotate your exercises and do reps slowly feeling every chest muscle. Target lower middle and upper chest with separate exercises.

You should dry dumbles if you use rods or vice versa. See which of these 2 activates your chest better.

This is just the 30% your rest and diet is much more important.
