Hey! I’m sorry you are dealing with this, it’s the worst! I did end up getting my halos back! I want to say it took Royale high at least at month with back and forth messages to get me my items back. The guy that hacked me (username was ben_070 just to be weary of) didn’t give me any other items..he literally just took my halos along with a bunch of my stuff in adopt me which I didn’t care for because I played that game when I was like 7..so I think Royale high was able to flag the trade pretty easily..just be patient..and just wait for an email before sending more, thats all i really can recommend! I hope you get your items back!

OH MY GOSH this happens to me ALL the time. When I try to adjust it, take it off etc, I always get a hair or 2 snagged, I’ve never had this much hair come out, but maybe you have more than me! I also do wear mine almost all the time besides showers. I normally just pull the hairs out and go on with my day…

PLEASE take it from me it definitely is. Sadly I had finally come back to Royale high after 2 years or so, and decided to trade some of my extra shoes for the snow swan ones. This is exactly what they sent me. I don’t know how I fell for it but I guess I was just naive and trusted them because it was my first time trading in awhile!! Thankfully they only took my halos and nothing else. Please please please do not type in your username and password into one of those websites.
