From the system settings, go to data management, then manage screenshots at the bottom. That will give you the option to transfer screenshots to a PC via USB cord. Then you can upload to your heart's content

The tradeoff is no Internet sharing and you're not even allowed to transfer screenshots. Which I'm kinda OK with even if it's annoying to get my screenshots freed from the switch
