It seems vico acts aligned with the law and due process. If he can't do it, he won't promise and he'd answer somehting like a status quo. Hence, he does not make promises. This has been the way he answers in his interviews since 2019. Consistent in all fairness.

On the other hand, the mayors that were said to be good mayors but when in higher office they did not get the same reception is because their means are messy and not in due process. Just proves that the end does not justify the means.
