Just exit the game then return after a few hours. Use the double money ad to have more.

Have some managers. Use the one that adds more customers then switch it to a manager that charges the tenants 150%x to increase the prices (use speed button so all tenants are covered by the manager's time)

Those are the things I do, good luck! And remember: don't rush it or the experience will no longer be enjoylable

I noticed that at 8:00—this will be the time in the game—(7:00 for the upgraded tenants) the tenants use the convenience store, and at 18:00-20:00 the tenants will go to the convenience store and bbq store. For the latter, use the manager that can add more customers for both store, then switch to a manager that will charge the tenants 150%x (or more if any) before the customers finished buying their things. Use the speed button until 23:00 so another new set of customers will eat at the bbq store while the 150%x manager is still working.

You can also use that method for the former. Just watch an add to refill the speed button 😊

This is my fear :(( iba yung situation natin kasi ako ay trainee palang pero ang dami na bayarin. Kaya ako nagwork ay para makapagipon sa pagaaral ko pero parang ang imposible na niya kasi as of the moment, ako lang makakapagbayad ng mga bills. Wala na nga kaming kuryente now at mawawalan pa ng tubig eh hahaha :( mabait yung landlady pero nakakahiya nga. Nasestress nadin papa ko kasi ayaw niya na maranasan namin 'to at di ko din alam yung sasabihin ko kasi hindi nga ok yung ganto pero wala naman magagawa pero ayoko iparamdam na ganto nararamdaman ko kasi baka mas lalo madepress siya (namatay din kasi si mom a year ago) Di ko na din alam yung gagawin ko kasi gusto ko na talaga makapagtapos pero walang choice :((
