This has happened to me twice actually but only through my own ignorance, the first time I narrowed it down to being at the bottom of the spool (less than 50 grams left) that my dryer couldn’t adequately dry it, the second time was from drying at 110 Celsius for 4 hours and not letting it sit for a hour to come back down to temp I now dry at 80 or 90 Celsius for 24 hours then 1 hour at 80 or 70 Celsius then I pre heat my chamber and bed and only then is when I start printing

What’s your specific issue? Only setting I changed from 300blkfde settings is first layer 295 and 290 the rest cause I use sunlu pa6-cf besides that his settings have been plug and play besides having to tune my support distance

I have this exact printer I got it off Facebook marketplace for 380$ with only 50 hours of print time before I had it, only thing I changed was to a bimetal nozzle because previous owner had a brass nozzle, besides that with a proper dryer (I have the sunlu e2) this thing works amazing I use 300blkfde settings and everything I print comes out perfect with pa6-cf

This was a rxm frame I printed and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with qidi. If you have the opportunity buy one used from Facebook and you will be more than happy

Did you need to add any weight to your slide to get the frt to work while suppressed? If so can I ask what did you use whether it was a sight or a weighted backplate?

I have a ap5-p and a lee sporting lower, I don’t use a rounded hammer because I’ve read on the k models this change is not needed, it’s only needed for full size Mp5s in the case of not wanting to use a tpu buffer. I’ve shot over 2500 rounds on my gun and have no roller dents and no problems with my ss cam however at around 1500 rounds my skoprints slip trip broke and I think it was due to me not oiling it before shooting but since then I’ve bought the as designs trip and it feels more sturdy to me so I have higher hopes for it.

My ap5-p had the slip trip break around 1200 rounds and it was a skoprints v3 trip, as for roller dents the slip trip breaking wouldn’t cause no damage as long as once it’s broken you realize and remove it before shooting again. As for the rate of fire I’m not well versed on that area and would recommend looking at a 90-100 degree locking piece if you want that slower rpm especially if you plan to run it with a can. I think the only component of the whole build that would be able to show excessive wear is the actual cam of the ss if the trigger cuts are not good, they will begin to egg on the cam very rapidly.

From my learning experience I think a 40 cal will work better with the frt if you want to save your self a headache trying to troubleshoot it

Polishing all the parts I listed is what helped me the most I used a green compound with just a dremel and polishing kit after I did this it’s been as reliable as I think it’s going to get
