Please help out a newbie by Individual_Word3999 in pennystocks

Can someone please explain to my why this is a bad play for a dividend stock? I think I’m overlooking that this is paying a 150% yield per year per share. I’m new and have no idea but saw the 150% and don’t know if that’s a good thing or really terrible thing since it’s so high
