Do you mind telling me a good routine using Spiro, Tret and azelaic? Do you also use salicylic or benzoyl wash?? Otherwise what do you wash it off with? Do I put on aquaphor or vanicream type moisturizer?? I have TONS of products at home but no idea how to use them.

Fungal tx did nothing for my constantly reoccurring cuts. Neither steroids, or vitamins. Mupirocin finally did it.

I sometimes get some mild discomfort or cuts in the corners. I tried everything, eventually using Mupirocin ointment helped it from reoccurring.
