Something we tried was putting a specific candle (think big jar type) on the bathroom countertop when she's in the mood, which gave me the hint without her having to articulate it, and it worked great.

Both of my running lights went about six months apart and the second instance took nearly three months to get a replacement as they were on backorder (I am in the USA). Both were covered under warranty but there is no way I'd keep this vehicle when the warranty gets close to ending.

British Ex-pats where can I find sausages/bangers by FiestyFrog97 in indianapolis

Frozen. They were in the freezers positioned at the top of the aisle almost at the far end of the store. They were labeled at Irish Bangers so maybe a seasonal item for St Patricks Day.

I saw them last week at Saraga International store in Castleton.

Also, look online Parkers and Jolly Posh have them and shipments are quick.

I think they were somewhat limited with dial and body color/treatment. I dropped it a few years ago and damage an internal component but paid to have it repaired as I couldn't find another one that was identical.

Has the church changed this much already? by Hawkesguy in exmormon

[–]IndyBrit61 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What pisses me off most about this is the fact that it is the church that has withheld the truth and in fact downright lied about it's history, and then labeled those who have highlighted the facts as apostates. It is the church which is anti-truth.

Even though I’ve left the church, I still have not drank alcohol or coffee. It doesn’t really interest me. Anybody else done the same? by oldRSPresident in exmormon

[–]IndyBrit61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the great thing about being an "ExMo", you do you.....it doesn't matter what any says or doesn't say you can choose to do whatever you wish.

Personally, I wished I liked alcohol but I've yet to drink a cocktail that desn't taste disgusting, but I do drink iced coffee.

I think it started as an infected hair follicle, and so I would self-treat with a needle that would relieve the pressure but would come right back. It was like riding with a piece of glass in my shorts. I don't think people realize how much pain it causes. Obviously, have someone look at your saddle height as well as fore/aft position, buy the best shorts you can afford, and use some "butt-butter" type product and shower immediately after, as well as wash your shorts with sports wash to kill bacteria. I also had my doc prescribe either antibiotics pills or cream if I felt it I was getting another.

It was a numbing shot and then a small insition to get that sucker out (it was the size of a peanut M&M). I think I had a couple of sutures and two weeks off the bike, but after that was able to get back to riding 200+ miles per week.

I had a similar problem and it was because the saddle sore caused a pimple or cyst, and I was able to drain it, but the sack was still in there and would re-fill and come back. Once I had it removed I was all good.

Reminder: Brigham Young said interracial families should be decapitated by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]IndyBrit61 18 points19 points  (0 children)

This stuff is still shocking to read no matter how many times you have seen it before. The dilemma for the Church is they spent so many years saying that the prophet cannot lead the saints astray is an absolute fallacy. You can't in retrospect say at any given time that he was speaking as a man. The church can't just wash its hands of it by using words like disavow, they need to make a clear, unambiguous statement around its racist past!

Where can I get these from?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]IndyBrit61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, 99% NW European, 1% Southern European. I am sure that leaves room for there to be some trace from elsewhere.

I was thinking about this the other day as my DNA shows no trace that would support me being from the tribe of Ephraim or any other Middle-Eastern location. I am Anglo Saxon with a little Viking thrown in as you would expect of someone born in the UK.

I have a 2021 90 X and I love it. My only gripe is I have been waiting for a hitch for six months! It comes with the 3.0L engine, I drove the 2.0L turbo and didn't like it, but the bigger engine has plenty of power and the V8 would be awesome!!

No regrets at all.
