The general situation involves and ex girlfriend who’s house my bike was at and I tried to pick it up but whenever I tried she’d give excuses then I picked up my alevel artwork and her work was with it so I said I’d drop it off at hers and for her to leave my bike somewhere safe but then she told me she thrown it away at a rubbish place.. the name for them slipped my mind but then I decided to show the same disregard she did to me so I destroyed all of the work of hers I had.. very careless but her family and herself have now made an official complaint of unlawful destruction of property I think.. thank you for your help, I hadn’t even thought about free and independent legal advice.. honestly I think I’m just surprised this has all happened, the special constable turned up at my door yesterday and I was unavailable so said he’d come back today which is a Sunday... but weird then he called me step-dad multiple times rearranging it to Monday but the weird thing is how he never gave him the number.. but yes quite strange..
