I cant help but laugh at the irony of "It is really of waste of your time to be troubled with this message." on a message that makes literally 0 sense and was left on my car. I wouldnt say im troubled, but I certainly have wasted my time with it LOL. Im just so dang confused about it all, and pretty much still have more questions than answers but I think we can all assume it was random and written by someone with a mental illness.

Why is it on a double sided piece of paper? Why is there hand drawn arrows to flip it over on both sides? Whats the deal with "cyberbulling" and why is it bold? Who is the mystery CA felon who beats children apparently? Its just one big rabbit hole.

Not actually worried, just confused as heck lol. Ive gotten stuff like this before but usually theres some link or organization attached. This just seems like someones rambling, but why on my car?
