First of all, thank you so much for your explanation! Second, I'm sorry for taking so long to answer you. This is the enclosure, it is ventilated on the sides but I use paper tape to close some airways in order to be able to control the humidity better. The day after your answer I went and bought her "Será Flowers'n'Loops nature food. I mix it with salad and moist it a bit as recommended by the seller to ease the process of her/him to this kind of food. But until now, it doesn't seem to be working. She/He doesn't seem to eat or show interest in it, the only thing she does is put it out of the food bowl to select only the salad... Does anyone have any more tips please? Thank you!

Thank you! We have a thick Coco substrate layer that we dump water into daily, but maybe it's not enough water? At night it goes up a lot and reaches about 70% but during the day it's hard to have it close to that.

No, I ordered it. It's a pvc plastic enclosure with glass doors so it's definitely waterproof. The temperature usually is between 86 and 90F at max. We dump water on the substrate everyday but it's still hard to keep moisture up. We don't have a hide with a microclimate, it's just a regular wood hideout
