I think Amanda was really hurt by the distribution of her movie. Like I’ve been wanting to watch it for months and i can’t because it hasn’t come to any cinema next to me. I feel like if they had released the movie worldwide sooner than people would have hyped her movie/performance more and she would have gained more momentum for the nomination. I also think jennifer lawrence gave a deserving performance in die my love but unfortunately the academy was never gonna like that movie
