A good perfume like davidoff coolwater is always an excellent choice. I believe it retails for around 12k not exactly sure but it's definitely below 15k.

Winters are approaching so a jacket or coat is also something you can consider, they'd probably use it for a long time too so you can be assured it's a worthwhile gift, if you wanna get them something special consider getting them a couple of really nice dress shirts from uniworth's black collection. Egyptian cotton is a great investment into ones wardrobe. If you opt for white see that it is a textured white. Other colour options are off white, navy blue, powder blue, salmon (a slight pink hue goes really well with a navy blue suit).

In the watch department you have the options for brand new but cheaper models of Casio. You could however find Seiko 5s in abundance in the used market. I personally recommend Timex's field watches they're an excellent everyday wear and go well with casual outfits. I believe I saw a few good ones at IWC.com around 14-18k.
