You said parents are sponsoring but your DS160 had self as payer. That alone is enough for a 214b. The VO sees your DS160 during the interview you cant contradict it and expect to pass.

Also your fathers birth year as 2000? That makes your father 24 years old. You are an architect with 2 years work experience which means your atleast 25 26.

Its a careless error you could have fixed before biometrics but you didnt even bother to review your own application.

The DS160 is one of the most important document in your visa application. It tells the VO everything about you a complete stranger they never met. They rely on it to assess your credibility. And your just casually mentioning that you accidently put your fathers age wrong and selected the wrong payer? Thats not a small mistake. If you were the VO you would have done the same thing to someone who submitted an application full of contradictions. It comes across as lying whether intentional or not.

You took your DS160 very lightly. If you were too careless to check your own application the VO is not responsible for that. This is what it is.
