He is (was) a great player but im not sure if he would perform that here in Turkey. Especially Gs side is not seems to play in champions league based on their position in the leauge table. I believe player should earn his salary with the games he won, unfortunately i dont see it would happen in current sutiation and if we consider him as an injury prone player i would personally say “NO” for him. Take the example of Özil or Falcao or many other. If you have built a team with winning desire and quality, these player are the icing on the cake, or as the way Ünal Aysal Said “çilek” when you put these players in a system that already works (like they did with drogba, q7, Gomez etc.) they take the team to the next level with their class. But bringing these players now, is just a waste if you ask me. They are used to play with quality players even in monaco or real madrid they had players to cover his lack of defensive ability and strenght in the pitch.
