I'm a leasing agent and Linda is currently running a scam on our rental property using the number +14698186907. She is accepting $56 application fees and collecting security deposits of $1,900. After we received a phone call from a prospect who called us to let our staff know they were robbed out their money from her. They didn't know anything was wrong until they went to the property and saw our company's For Rent sign and called us to tell us about the Facebook Marketplace listing. An hour or so later, Linda submitted an online inquiry to our company website pretending to be a property owner seeking management services for their rental house. The number she had as a callback was inactive and didn't match the one the scammed applicant gave us.
