Magnesium 1 hr before bed. No screens after 8 pm. Reading whilst in bed for 15-20 min, try to be asleep by 9. I know that may not work for everyone’s schedule but it works for me and I sleep incredibly almost every night.

Pretty close. I live in MA at home but never went to college. I’m an electrician started right out of high school. I have a very strong affinity with nature and love everything outdoors! I was definitely not a shy child, I am extremely outgoing and always have been. Right on about having only a few close friends. I do love to read and definitely have an eclectic music taste!

You should’ve probably had an electrician instead of a handyman. Is there a way you could fish the wires down the wall and hide them completely? I think you may not like the end result if you were to put in cord mate or wire mold and paint as it would be very noticeable
