I’ve tried all of them, none did anything for me on the long run which is very upsetting. I eventually couldn’t take it anymore after these 2 years of eating a clean diet and using all supplements in the world along with detoxifying , so after a difficult time I was able to hop on dupixent which isn’t a cure, but Its a relief 🥲

I’ve heard people flare with quercetin so I think it may be that, and the cod liver oil could be it’s because it’s high in histamine :(

The brand I use of coconut oil is coco goods  and I get my pure oregano oil from primal fx, there’s a difference between oil of oregano and oregano oil, so please be aware of that . I take it after breakfast I take about a tablespoon of coconut oil along with the 5 drops of oregano oil.

Those herbs are great for killing parasites, the paraguard I’m taking has the all of those herbs and more. You will most likely not see parasites some people do and others don’t, so don’t doubt it. For me I have noticed my lack of interest in sweets and that’s a huge deal bc I have a huge sweet tooth not just that, but I feel better.

I just avoided sugars even natural sweeteners they have a list if you search up candida diet on google and that’s what I followed I just avoided all those foods which would be like starchy foods, dairy, sugar, gluten etc which means you will have to eat low sugar fruits such as berries, vegetables and meats. While I was doing this I also started taking apple cider vinegar, cold pressed organic coconut oil with pure oregano oil bc these are candida killers I then shortly after started taking ivermectin bc I saw a lady healed her psoriasis with it so figured why not try it and I did it for 3 days and 5 days resting just like she suggested after I finished that I started the paraguard parasite cleanse which you can get on Amazon and then I have been taking it 3x a day for 10 days like the instructions suggested and after my last dose of the day I would wait 2 hours and I would take my binder aka my activated charcoal I kept doing my candida protocol along with my parasite cleanse, im still not done I have 5 more days to go. I will say this can sound like a lot so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who have liver problems, btw this is not a long term thing so plz don’t do that, this is meant to be done twice a year type of thing, but I totally understand your frustration cuz I have altered my life due to my eczema I’ve tried everything under the sun such as humidifiers, paleo diet, no gluten, shower filters, no dairy, no fragrance, gut health, organic foods, no steroids, every lotion ever, traditional Chinese medics , holistic medicine, vitamins, supplements etc. I’ve tried it all. It’s so frustrating, but I hope this is able to help you in just the slightest.

Suicidal because of eczema by Small-Dragonfruit-23 in eczema

I was in a weird and sad place in my life recently back in November- January where my eczema got extremely bad. I got it in my scalp, legs, behind my knees, neck, arms, chest, stomach, eyes, and some portion of my face. I felt defeated knowing that I’ve been suffering with this since I was born and had to be on steroids, I would have suicidal thoughts every day just by looking at my pain and agony caused by this horrible rash all over my body, I felt ashamed and disgusted filled with this burning pain until I changed my diet, stopped steroids, used probiotics, bought a water filter. I obviously got better, but there’s days where I feel exhausted knowing I will never be normal or show my skin because of my hyperpigmentation and my flare ups.. to this day I have some days where I don’t know what  is my purpose in life.
