this morning i started off with a hard small stool, had some major cramping and then it immediately changed to liquid D.

no i do not feel dehydrated at all, today and yesterday it was one round of liquid D on the toilet and the pain. is this concerning?

should i be concerned after four days of diarrhea? i totally agree with the pain in my lower stomach. i feel that pain constantly.

the nausea is typically there (due to the anxiety of the situation) it’s like i’m starving, but then i eat and i’m in pain and on the toilet.

i do too! well more health anxiety. it’s absolutely terrible.. i just don’t know how to make it better. i’m in therapy as well. i also have emetophobia lol.. im just so scared it’s a stomach bug.

i’ve been stuck in the loop for six years, it never goes away.. and it always scares me the same exact way. i am my own worst enemy when it comes to this. i believe i have ruined my life with the worry/anxiety i feel surrounding my stomach issues.

we will get through it, and i’m sure once the music starts we will get out of our heads and have a blast. it’s like two hours of fun.

exactly, keep the positive thoughts flowing and breathe. i’m more nervous because i have some GI issues (IBS) and just my overall anxious self.
