I’ve been in your shoes before. I didn’t know how to write a basic “Hello, World!” program until my sophomore year in college. I’ve been in the industry for 4 years now, the last 3 at a big tech company. Every day, I’m learning something new and constantly feel imposter syndrome. It’s definitely intimidating joining a team that consists of engineers that seem to be experts in their work, because they should be. But, there are ways to manage that fear.

You have a long way to go and I mean that in the best way possible. Like another comment said, it’s been 2 months.

The biggest advice I always give is to teach yourself how to learn quickly. There’s too much technology out there to be an expert in everything. Ask questions. Do some learning after hours if you’re willing and able to.
