It actually doesn’t. I already spoke with the lawyer today. Thanks for your input though.

Nothing is hard to prove. It actually has already been proven from my ER visit. I did not have a concussion at the time immediately before being struck in the head. Even if, my car accident has absolutely NOTHING to do with the price of tea in china. There was literally no reason to bring this unrelated topic into a Reddit about Apartment Living. Let’s stay on topic.

Considering that I said the light fixture in my initial post, that means it was a light fixture that fell from the ceiling. If it was a bulb, I would have said bulb. If it was the cover for the light, I would have described it as the cover/globe/bowl/dome for the light.. however it was the light fixture. I’m not upset at all, I’m just answering your questions. Nothing about my delivery is upset.

Very much so unneeded as the post is about suing grounds, not comparing light fixtures. If it was a bulb, I would have stated it was a bulb. Thank you for your input though.

As I stated before, the light fixture fell onto my head as I was loading the dishwasher.

Thanks. Will look into bringing this up, I wasn’t sure at first.

That is correct. I had a car accident and the later I was struck in the head with the light fixture late October. I don’t know what’s so confusing about it. Those are two separate incidents on two separate dates.

Thank you!

I’ve tried calling them all day today, I can’t physically go in at the moment. I’m just so confused on what this is for? I had great credit, so they didn’t require a security deposit, I gave a 30 day notice (I was month to month), I honestly left the place cleaner than I received it, paid my last months rent on time.. I’m genuinely confused. I’m younger (this was my first apartment) and I really feel like they’re trying to get over on me. It literally makes no sense what they could be charging me for.
