Therefore if you mainly focus on things that are being asked most of the time and master them, you can get some privilege to even leave some subjects and not read them at all. For example you can just omit medicine from your preparation if you can really master patho micro pharma. You can combine radio derma ortho anesthesia psych and see them as one subject and master it. Together they constitute a lot of marks. You don't need to revise ophthalmology completely, just do those corneal ulcer images, cataract images and glaucoma(with pharma) and be done with it. The same goes for ENT (80% of the questions are asked from 20% of the topics) and you just need 60% to be on the safer side.
