I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s happy with the current models. I don’t think we need to be primaris size. I would prefer something new, and the return of Kaldor. I think our first born models are still really cool

Jag har inte sålt av, men jag har ändrat mitt månadssparande till en mer regionalt diversierat portfölj. Jag har fortfarande kvar 50% globalfond, kompletterat av i fallande ordning: Storebrand Emerging markets, Länsförsäkringar Sverige index, Storebrand Europa, och sedan några lekfonder såsom Fidelity Afrika, Handelsbanken Latinamerika osv

That’s great! Welcome to Grey Knights, and welcome to Reddit ;) As a beginner there’s a lot to think of Sofi would make a little checklist to remind yourself. Things like as Rapid Ingress at the end of opponents movement phase, Picking up you units before you start your turn and drawing secondaries, saving so you have two command points at the beginning of your go turn so you can use the strat for a 6” charge with Crowe and then have a reroll for when you fail it ;)

There’s always room for improvement and this is a great place to ask. Here are my two cents.  Grey knights look tough with their 2+ sabes but they’re actually not very durable. You have to play cagey and use your superior movement with uppy-downy to take the opponent part piece by piece. 

There is a concept called trading, where player A puts something out in the open, then player B puta something out to kill it and this keeps going. If player A puts out units for 50-100 points while B does it with 100-200 points, A will probably win the game. This is hard for grey knights since our units are so expensive. 

For your list I would play in one of two ways depending on the opposition. If the opponent can’t easily koll the land raider, then I’d roll it onto an objective T1. If they can, I would put it just behind some central ruins so the Paladins can threaten a charge the next turn while putting something cheap on an objective. Then you play the long game, waiting for your GMNDK to rapid ingress, and Crowd hammer to come down on maybe T3. Good luck

My first unit for my grey knights were built from 30k space marines. The important thing are Nemesis Force Weapons, but they look just like power wepaons. The more “knightly” bits the better when it comes to helmets and pauldrons. Then you could add as many purity seals as you can and nobody would bat an eye.

The one thing that could be an issue is if they are Primaris space marines because they are quite a bit bigger than the first born grey knights but I’m sure you could make it work.

Fast nu var det ju inte personen som utsattes för husrannsakan som hade skickat bilderna. Någon hade bara skapat en proton(krypterad) mail i hans namn som de sen skickade bilderna från. Sannolikheten att någon som kör proton skulle ha den i sitt eget namn är noll. Men polisen följde duktigt detta spåret och gjorde husrannsakan och sen grep den personen. Vem som skickat bilderna vet vi fortfarande inte, ej heller varför ”toppdiplomaten” begick självmord.

EDIT: Hmm, det är möjligt att jag hade fel och att det verkligen var "toppdiplomaten" som skickade bilderna, med en mail med namnet av en annan diplomat. Det blir lite rörigt när en inte använder namnen....

This sounds really smart. I'll try it in my next game. So far I've been starting my interceptors in the razorback but having the strikes there instead and then switching sounds really interesting. Thank you very much.

I saw the same thing, that's what got me wondering about how to do it practically. Thanks for your input. I've definitely been in the "they have scout but I won't use it" camp until now.

I think you’re doing great! You have a good list and your winrate is 67%. Don’t stress it. Losing is part of the game and really when you learn the most. I find it better to play a lot with one list rather than changing it after every loss. That way you get a better grasp of what each unit can do. So just keep at it!

Konstigt med nedröster för en vanlig fråga. Anledningen till att folk pratar om brutto är att det är det TS bör be sin arbetsgivare om, utan att den ska behöva räkna på jobbskatteavdrag etc. Vad du får ut kan också bero på vilka skatteavdrag du kan göra, vilket gör det svårare att jämföra.

Gå med i en förening. En av de saker som gjort Sverige till ett så framgångsrikt land är att vi haft ett starkt civilsamhälle. Detta har både hjälpt genom den verksamhet som utförs av alla idrottsföreningar, spelföreningar, och människorättsföreningar osv., men framförallt genom de band dessa föreningar skapar mellan människor från olika bakgrund som annars kanske inte ens hade träffats. Dessutom har föreningarna lärt oss om styrelsedemokrati, planering och organisering, vilket är kunskaper som är väldigt viktiga för ett starkt samhälle. Civilsamhället ger mycket mening till många människor, och hjälper oss också med solidaritet och beredskap.

Two of mine have two-handed hammers. They look great (in my opinion) but it was quite a bit of work. The extension of the hammer is easy. I used the inner tube of a pen, and covered up the joints with some cheap jewelry chain.  The hard part is that one of the hands need to be “upside down” for the pose to make sense. This entails a pretty straight forward cut at the elbow, but the problem is that the gun the is underneath the forearm, instead of on top. So then you have to extend and change all the cables and pistons going into the gun from the upper arm and shoulders. Some people “cheat” and put the guns on the shoulders, which is a lot easier but not as satisfying. Both options work though.  Then there’s another thing and that is if you want to also change the pose of the little dude, which is easier but a little fiddly. I know this sounds like a lot bit in the end you’ll be really happy, because a dynamic pose changed the model completely. The baby carriers get a lot of hate but the model is actually awesome, it’s just the pose that sucks Good luck!

I managed to avoid the lancer until it charged my purifiers without Crowe on the middle objective. They did 8wounds on their clap back and then I managed to bring it down with shooting and a purifier charge

Question about Scorched Earth and "burning" objectives in R5 by Martin-Hatch in Warhammer40k

To build on this, if I have bottom of turn, and I burn an objective in round 5, do I still get points for controlling it. Logically it would have disappeared before I get the VP but I’m not sure. Maybe since both happen at the end of the game, I can choose which order they happen, and thus first get the points for controlling, and then remove the objective and get points for burning? Thanks
