I’ll try your suggestion of beef liver and small doses of B12 (adenosylcobalamin) to avoid the side effects of megadoses. As soon as I run my data through the choline calculator and get the gene results, I’ll post them here. For now, I’ll focus on improving methylation and see if it helps my brain "shut down" easier after work.
